North Salem November 2009 Market Update

November numbers for North Salem school district are in! It has been a very slow month real-estate wise for North Salem. Only 2 properties were sold, and 3 houses were newly listed. The second number is not so bad as there is a 1 year backlog of inventory on the market right now. I am afraid though that all those listing that expired (or were taken off the market), will be re-listed in the Spring, and we’ll have a big inventory to deal with. As of December 1, there 44 homes on the market in North Salem, and they range from modest bungalows, to luxurious estates. See the data below.
